How long will it take you to set up?
Once we have all of our equipment in the building, a 16 x 16 ft dance floor can take upto 30 minutes to fit and a DJ can take upto 50 minutes. If multiple items are booked we will ensure sufficient staff are on site to fit all the equipment within the correct time frame. This ensures that your evening timeline is not affected.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
Short Answer is YES we do. Our Public Liability Insurance covers claims upto £2m.

Is your electrical equipment PAT Tested?

Again, to comply with legislation all of our equipment is regularly inspected for damage together with the appropriate PAT testing.

Will you provide us some equipment for our charity?

We currently support ‘Mee & Dee’ Charity for 2011 and 2012 and are very pleased to play a small part in this very worthwhile charity and unfortunately will not to be able to provide free equipment and services to others until 2015.

Do you provide consultation services?
Yes we do. We can arrange to meet at either your venue (ideal for the first meeting), your house or even mine – naturally that means I have to buy the biscuits! Seriously though you can have as many or as few meetings as you wish. I would recommend at least two meetings to ensure that all the details and planning are perfect.

We are not sure what dance floor sizes we need?
As a rule of thumb if you are having approximately 120-140 evening guests, we estimate that 50% will be dancing at the busiest point in the evening. This determines the size of the dance floor e.g. 120 guests/60-65 dancing will work out that you will need a 16 x 16ft dance floor (venue size permitting). We can arrange a consultation at your venue where we can give you our specialist opinion to ensure that your needs are met.

What are your deposit and final payment terms?
All we ask for is a £100 deposit (upto £1000 booking) and the final balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Terms and Conditions are available to download on the Sidebar Menu. All the details of your payments can be found in your ‘My Event’ planning documents. (username and password is issued on completion of hire agreement and deposit received)

I have booked a DJ and need to request my songs, how do I do this?

Once you have completed your hire agreement and we have received a deposit, we will allocate you  a unique username and password. You can login to your own dedicated planning pages called ‘My Event’ where you can see all details relating to your booking, including payment schedule, your hire agreement, your own adjustable timeline of events and importantly our music library. You can arrange any specialist dances you have planned – attach a track to go with it etc.

Also, keeping up with new wedding innovations, your guests can now add their own music requests. They can be allocated a private password directly to your ‘My Event’ pages. An easy way to manage this is to have an additonal insert added into your invitations where instructions on ‘How to request music’ can be placed. Guests cannot see your personal planning details for security.
